At Earned Supply, we work fast and ship with care. Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or peak seasons are outside our control

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Package weight and size

Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly stated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require a shipping fee to be resent

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Earned Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or missing:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

  • If additional assistance is needed, reach out to our support team

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

Approved cases will receive a replacement, not a refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
