At Earned Supply, every product is made with intention, quality, and purpose. Because of that, we keep our policy clear and straightforward.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement (no refunds)

Incorrect Orders

If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will correct it.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Delayed delivery due to the carrier

Shipping Issues

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for resolution.
